Sorted your summer holiday yet?

July 10, 2018

I had envisaged to be in Hawaii for the summer, but as luck would have it, the Universe put those plans on hold until the end of the year so that I could enjoy the fabulous sunshine we have been having here recently!

Not one to stay too still for too long, I am disappearing for a quick change of scene next month. If you haven't already made your vacation plans, why don't you join me? It's all a bit last minute (confirmed last night), but I am returning to Kamalaya on the island of Koh Samui (Thailand) for a week's residency, 21st-27th August. It's a wonderful health and wellness retreat, perfect to switch off, wind down, and recharge before the start of the school year. From Europe, you can fly into Bangkok, Singapore or KL, then switch for a local flight. From the moment you are picked up at the airport, you need not think about a thing, as everything is arranged for you. If you're in that part of the world already, a long weekend is totally do-able. If you do decide to come, and want sessions with me whilst there, make sure to tell them when you book, to ensure you get appointments; two people have already signed up, and I only have a limited amount of time available.

Should you already have made your summer travel plans, then why not think ahead for the winter? I shall be back for my main stay at Kamalaya in January 2019. Again, ensure you book sessions when you make your reservation, as I know a few have already done so.

For those enjoying the last of the tennis and footie here in London this week, keep hydrated and moving; your fascia loves water and movement - and your body will thank you for it!

As always, any questions can be emailed / texted / whatsapp's over and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

With love, light & aloha,

Anna xx
