Please include a phone number if you email, as I find that sometimes

emails have a tendency to go for a walkabout in cyberspace. I always

respond within 24-48 hours, so if you don't hear from me, check your spam folder and/or try again!

The Schedule - all a bit up in the air at the moment - get in touch for up to date info!

I am one of Como Shambhala's Experts at The Metropolitan Hotel, W1, and am available for the residents at One Hyde Park.

Home visits within central London are also possible, at a higher rate, if you have the facilities available for a comfortable session.

In addition, I have been lucky enough to be welcomed at some of the best health spas and wellness retreats around the world as a Visiting Master, including the beautiful Ananda Spa in the Himalayas, the gorgeous Kamalaya on Koh Samui, and the idyllic Como Maalifushi in the Maldives. I continue to travel worldwide for both work and training, so to find out where I'll be next, get in touch, or join the newsletter for updates.

The Session

Sessions are usually about an hour. The first one is a bit longer, an hour and a quarter, to allow time for questions & concerns.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, I will email you a health history form for you to fill in and return to me before coming in. This is to maximise your time on the table and so your timely co-operation is greatly appreciated.

The Spacing

It really depends on your diary and budget as to how far apart you choose to have your sessions. Some love having them closer together; others need time between sessions to integrate the work. For international clients, we work with your schedule to give you the best experience in the time we have available; for those who have a longer stay, we can do the 10 in one trip; for others it might mean breaking the ten series up into manageable chunks over a few visits.

I have found that clients who really commit to the process do tend to achieve better results.

If the dates are in the diary, then the mind knows it's happening and the body will follow suit.

And finally...

It is probably better to allow your lunch to digest, rather than having work done on a full tummy. Ditto for liquids. People do find that, ahem, internal processes are more active, so best to be as comfortable as possible before we start. Treatment takes place in underwear, so please make sure you are a) wearing some and b) they are clean.

Lastly, but not any less importantly, I am fully insured, and am a member of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners as well as the International Association of Structural Integrators. Woohoo!
