Sorted your summer holiday yet?
I had envisaged to be in Hawaii for the summer, but as luck would have it, the Universe put those plans on hold until the end of the year so that I could enjoy the fabulous sunshine we have been having here recently! Not one to stay too still for too long, I am disappearing for a quick change of scene next month. If you haven't already made your vacation plans, why don't you join me? It's all a bit last minute (confirmed last night), but I am returning to Kamalaya on the isla

Frrrrrozen.....
From one extreme to the other. Firstly it was a wet, miserable London to a deliciously warm and sunny 45C in Melbourne in January; this month I left the tropical temps of Koh Samui for a freak blizzard back home. And I'm not amused. I love 'proper' winters, with sunshine and snow - enough snow to ski on, chalets that serve hot wine and even hotter pots of yumminess. But the odd inch of the white stuff that serves no purpose other than causing utter travel chaos...less pleased

5 countries, 2 weeks, 1 happy bunny....
2018 has treated me pretty well so far. Lots of clients to see in London, then my escape to the sunshine fast came around. I went from sub-zero temps to 45C in 24 hours, which was most welcome. It took a couple of days to thaw through, but I have remained warm ish ever since. As a tennis fan, I have now completed my 'viewing' Grand Slam. I have to say, I really liked Melbourne; both the city and the way the tournament was structured. And the fact that the 15 minute walk from

Bollywood beckons....
We had a film crew here at Ananda this past week, shooting scenes to make into a promotional video. Yours truly had a, ahem, cameo role, not once, not twice, but on three occasions! No-one caught my final wanderlust walking on camera though. I feel that this could be the start of something special..... I have continued to meet some fabulous people, both staff and guests, and I consider myself super fortunate that I can travel in this way for work. There have been some real ch

My first week at Ananda
After a crazy busy schedule in London just before coming out to India, I was ready to take things at a slightly more gentle pace. The universe had other ideas. No sooner had I arrived and had brunch, I was put to work. The clients that I met this week have all been wonderful; I am one lucky lady. They were open-minded, ready to try something new, and totally took on board the crazy process that is the ten series of structural integration. No sooner had the first session finis

Next stop....India!
Where attention goes, energy flows, or so the saying goes. I've been putting that into practice and it's all working out rather nicely. The past month was super busy and super fun. This Friday I'm graced with the title of 'Visiting Master' to a beautiful holistic wellness retreat in the Himalayas..... Those of you that know me well, know that I love to travel for my trainings, and this month was no exception. This time, I went to Helsinki to take part in a meditation weekend

I'm packing my bags.....
As I am coming to the end of yet another spin around the sun, I like to find a precious few moments to have a little ponder, usually with a drink in hand - what the liquid is depends on the time of day! My old self would usually create a very long list of what I had not done over the past year and start berating myself for the 'failures'; happily I'm now finding it more useful to reflect on what I have achieved, patting myself on the back, and starting to create a wish list f
