Happy Christmas!
Golly, where has the time gone?! It doesn't seem two minutes since I was preparing to write about my last week in India.....that never quite made it to print, but, in essence, it was busy, it was chilly, but it was fun. I had a super successful trip and was doing sessions right up until my departure; in fact, the taxi's engine was running and waiting for me to leave! I added on a cheeky weekend in Jaipur to thaw out and add some colour to my life - and I was not disappointed. The Rajasthanis were charming and vibrant, the 'must-sees' were as fascinating as promised, and the food was outstanding. Naturally, a few non-essential items found themselves squeezed into my bag for the ride home.
From sunshine to snow: I went home the day Britain had a blanket of the white stuff. I am an official baby and haven't grown out of my childhood dentist. I will cry when she retires. Anyway, despite it being a longer than normal trip, it produced beautiful scenes at home and the surrounding countryside. I love the peace, calm and serenity produced when it snows - so relaxing.
So here we are, present-time. If you have really left things all a bit late, I can whip up a gift voucher for you to offer, to avoid looking red-faced (rather than red-nosed) and empty handed. Otherwise, it just remains for me to thank you all for being part of my life this year, and to wish you all a very Happy Christmas xx
